Shipping and trade terms

Delivery terms we quote

Quotations default to FOB (Incoterms 2020) from a mainland China port. EXW, CIF and DAP are available on request, and we ship worldwide through major couriers and freight forwarders. The applicable Incoterm is stated on each order confirmation.

Lead time you can plan around

Standard catalog materials ship in 5–10 business days after payment confirmation; custom-synthesis projects carry a quoted schedule that depends on sequence length and quantity. Your confirmation email states the binding date for your order.

Packaging and temperature handling

Lyophilized peptide powders ship in sealed, light-protective containers with desiccant, packed for ambient courier transport. For projects requiring temperature-controlled logistics, we arrange cold-chain packaging and the associated cost appears as a separate line on the quotation.

Customs and import responsibilities

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility under FOB/CIF terms. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of analysis needed for clearance; certificates of origin are issued on request.
