Who these terms apply to

These terms are the governing conditions for business-to-business purchases of peptide raw materials from Sichuan Zhongjian Huatai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and its authorized sales entity. They apply to qualified industrial and formulation-development buyers only; we do not sell to consumers.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Quantities, lead time and batch specifications are fixed at order confirmation; the confirmed specification sheet prevails over any general description on this website.

Specifications and batch documents

Each batch ships with its certificate of analysis. The buyer must review batch documents on receipt and raise discrepancies within 14 calendar days. Results within the agreed specification constitute conformity.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for verifying that the imported material, its declared use and its handling comply with the laws of the destination country, including import licensing where required. The buyer also ensures materials are stored and handled by qualified personnel under appropriate conditions.

Liability and governing terms

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Force-majeure events suspend obligations while they last. Questions: sales@peptide-factory.example.com.
